From her studios in St. John's and in Tors Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador, Margaret Best offers weekly adult classes. These classes are in drawing, monotype and watercolour, with watercolour being the primary focus. Each 5 week (10 hour) course draws on a specific theme or technique.

As a guest art educator in the province's K -12 schools, Margaret continues her devotion to bringing the enjoyment of art creation to thousands of children and hundreds of teachers in Newfoundland and Labrador. She has been a guest artist for school-related multi-media projects, and has coordinated art workshops throughout the province.

By giving hands-on presentations on incorporating art into the curriculum, Margaret expresses her belief that learning in any area is greatly enhanced by the inclusion of the arts.

In her classes with adults and children and in her annual workshops her goal is to stimulate interest in art and share her ideas and techniques. Margaret's art is a continuous learning experience and she delights in sharing it with artists of all ages.
